These Data Deletion Instructions explain how individuals can request deletion of personal data processed by QUIIQ, including data received through integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform and other channels. QUIIQ is a product developed and operated by TICCO (The Indian Consultancy & Company).

Who This Applies To
This page is intended for:
- End users whose personal data has been processed through a business using QUIIQ.
- QUIIQcustomers who wish to delete account data or data associated with their organization's use of the platform.
- Individuals submitting a data deletion request in connection with Meta platform requirements.
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your relationship with QUIIQ, deletion may include:
- Profile information such as name, phone number, and email address.
- Conversation metadata and message content stored within QUIIQ.
- Account credentials, workspace settings, and integration configuration data.
- Support tickets and communication history with our team.
- Usage logs and analytics tied to your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
Some information may be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain security logs. Where retention is necessary, we limit data to what is required and protect it appropriately.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send a deletion request to support@quiiq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number or email associated with the data you want deleted.
- The business or QUIIQ account name, if known.
- A brief description of the data you want removed.
- Proof of identity sufficient for us to verify the request.
Option 2: In-App or Account Settings
If you are a QUIIQ customer, you may delete certain data directly within https://app.quiiq.com where account deletion or data export controls are available. Contact us if you need help locating these settings.
Option 3: Through the Business That Messaged You
If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using QUIIQ, you may also contact that business directly. They may process your request on their side or forward it to us as their service provider.
Verification and Processing Timeline
To protect your privacy, we verify deletion requests before processing them. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
Data is generally retained for up to 24 months for operational purposes, or until deleted at your request, whichever is earlier, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data Processed via Meta / WhatsApp
When data is collected through the WhatsApp Business Platform, QUIIQ processes it on behalf of our business customers. Deleting data in QUIIQdoes not automatically delete data held by Meta Platforms, Inc. You may also review Meta's privacy settings and support resources for WhatsApp.
