Security at QUIIQ
Security and privacy are core to how TICCO designs, deploys, and operates the QUIIQ platform.
Encryption
TLS protects data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using mechanisms appropriate to our AWS infrastructure.
AWS infrastructure
Production workloads run on Amazon Web Services with network isolation, monitoring, backups, and separated environments.
Access controls
Role-based access, least privilege, audit logging, and customer-controlled team permissions within the app.

Report vulnerabilities to support@quiiq.com with subject line "Security Disclosure".
Subprocessors
We use trusted providers to deliver QUIIQ, including:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Vercel
- Razorpay
- OpenAI
Data retention
Operational data is generally retained for up to 24 months, or until deleted at your request, whichever is earlier, unless law or your agreement requires longer retention. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
